The Calvert Hall Instrumental Music Program has flourished for over fifty years, providing students an opportunity to increase their musical ability through instruction from expert musicians and through numerous musical performance opportunities. The Band has served the Baltimore community and gained widespread acclaim by performing in parades, football games, community events, and local and national competitions. |
We aim to help the students become well-rounded musicians through a highly comprehensive curriculum. The Instrumental Music Program sets the highest standards and provides its members solid instruction in instrumental performance and music theory. From the marching field to the concert stage, the members of the Instrumental Music Program strive to perform at the highest, most professional level.
In all of our endeavors, we stress the concepts of self-discipline, hard work, and determination, as we seek to serve the school community and glorify God for all of the amazing gifts he has given us.
