Upcoming Dates

The dates below will help you and your family maneuver through the high school application and acceptance processes. We look forward to sharing the dates for our Conversation Nights and Calvert Hall Placement Testing (Mathematics and Foreign Language) in the near future.

December 2020 High School Placement Dates

The Archdiocese of Baltimore will administer the High School Placement Test (HSPT®) at Calvert Hall on December 5, December 12 and December 19 at 9:00 a.m. Dress is casual. Click HERE to sign up.

December 18, 2020 - Application Deadline

The Class of 2025 application as well as grades and records need to be submitted. Click HERE to apply. Click HERE to complete the Request for Records form. Click HERE to complete the Financial Aid Application. 

February 17, 2021 - Decision Letters Mailed

Decision notification letters will be mailed by way of the United States Postal Service. 

February 18, 2021 - Decision Emails Sent

Decision notifications will be sent at 4:00 p.m. Be on the lookout for an email being sent by our Director of Admissions, Dan Mulford '05.

March 1, 2021 - Welcome Night

Admitted members of the Class of 2025 and their parents are invited to campus to celebrate with Calvert Hall School Leadership, Faculty, Coaches, and fellow classmates. The evening will begin at 7:00 p.m.

March 5, 2021 - Enrollment Deadline

Enrollment forms for the Class of 2025 are due.
