In the first inning, the Cards got their offense started. Peter Marchineck drew a walk, scoring one run. Tyler Wright was the winning pitcher for Calvert Hall Varsity 2019. He went three and a third innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out two. Tyler Brown threw three and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen. Calvert Hall launched one home run on the day. Marchineck had a dinger in the seventh inning. The Cards tallied nine hits on the day. Marchineck, Jose Torres, and Alex Khan each collected multiple hits. Khan, Torres, and Marchineck each collected two hits to lead the team. The Cards were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Parker Landwehr had the most chances in the field with five.
