Calvert Hall Clinches Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat John Carroll

The Cards nabbed the lead late in the game in a 5-3 victory over John Carroll on Wednesday.
 The game was tied at three with The Hall batting in the top of the sixth when Sami Khan drew a walk, scoring one run.
The Cards got things moving in the first inning. Antonio Barranca's sac fly scored one run.
Brady Power was the winning pitcher. He went six innings, allowing three runs on five hits, striking out four and walking one. Scott Borgmann and Grant Duemmel entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Frankie Wright led Calvert Hall Varsity 2019 with three hits in four at bats.
