CHC La Salle Program Receives Its Largest Gift

Calvert Hall is pleased to announce the establishment of a new scholarship to support the La Salle Program. Dale McArdle and Marilynn Duker have committed $625,000 to support tuition assistance for up to four students in the La Salle Program.

To date, this is the largest gift made to the La Salle Program. "Calvert Hall was a godsend for our son. The school changed his path in such a positive way.  By the time he got to college, he didn’t need accommodations. No school does it as well as Calvert Hall — the School helped him grow in really meaningful ways,” shared Marilynn.

According to Brother John Kane, President of Calvert Hall, “Calvert Hall and I are most grateful for the deep generosity of Marilynn and Dale. The La Salle Program has long been recognized as the leading program of its kind for students with learning differences among Baltimore area independent schools.  The McArdle/Duker Scholarship will continue to make the La Salle Program accessible to deserving students.”
