I am currently serving as the CHC AA BOD President and we as an Executive Team and Board created a strategic plan 5 years ago with several items and initiatives to attend to, in both the short-term and long-term, and in order to build an ambassador style Alumni Association that is very sustainable for many years to come.  These objectives and initiatives have been executed on exceptionally well and the BOD is very strong and getting stronger.  As part of this transitioning period and to continue creating and innovating, I am seeking to remain on the Board to serve the new leadership and The Hall!

My divine purpose is to coach, teach, mentor, and empower people in all walks of life to be the best versions of themselves. His burning desire is to stretch, equip, and inspire them to be amazing leaders that make a profound impact on their families, places of work, and communities. Being a part of the Calvert Hall Alumni Board aligns with my purpose. In addition to putting time and energy into strengthening the alumni network, I would love to seize the opportunity to help students focus on the life skills essential for sustained success --- resiliency, emotional intelligence, growth mindset and conversational intelligence.

Attending Calvert Hall was pivotal in providing me with the tools to succeed in my life both personally and professionally, forming long-lasting relationships, and enhancing my faith. Due to this, I’d love to contribute in any way possible to help the next generation of Calvert Hall students realize their full potential.

Being a part of the Alumni Board would be a great experience for me to network with several alumni from many classes. It would also give me the ability to provide a diverse perspective and give back to Calvert Hall in a fun way to all alumni.

Halbrich, Lee 2011

I am interested in joining the Alumni Board because I like giving back to my community and loved my time at Calvert Hall. I am also on the Governance and Nominating Committee with the YMCA and feel as an Executive Recruiter specializing in Finance & Accounting throughout the MD, DC, NOVA and PA markets that I have a strong network that could benefit Calvert Hall. I graduated in the class of 2011 and feel the perspective of someone at my age could also be useful.

Calvert Hall changed my life in immeasurable ways. I am forever indebted to CHC and our fellow alumni for serving as my compass through personal growth and professional successes. My career in executive strategy and extensive alumni network will complement the existing board’s initiatives and community engagement - and continue the alumni association’s longstanding success.

An essential part of being an alumnus is finding ways to give back to your Alma Mater. As an alumnus I have experienced first-hand the education and valuable life lessons that can be attributed to Calvert Hall through it social, cultural, athletic, and artistic avenues of learning.
I want to champion the Calvert Hall mission to make its students "men of intellect, men of faith, and men of integrity," and to continue to advocate for graduate alumni as they continue on their journey to share their talents in the wider community.

I would like to remain on the alumni board to continue with Calvert Hall by helping with alumni golf outing, homecoming and events that promote fellowship, camaraderie, loyalty and  improvements to the school. Also, I believe it is important is to raise monies to help future Hall men. Let’s continue to “give back” and “make a difference”.

I would like to join the Alumni Board to further contributions through an asset lens that’s fostered by awareness, accessibility, and inclusivity. Representation matters and must be reflected in strategic and quality selections, providing resources, and opportunities to ensure sustainable and impactful advancement among all stakeholders, specifically minority stakeholder groups.

I had an amazing experience at Calvert Hall. I made many friendships that extend to this day. The brotherhood is real. On the alumni board, I want to help continue to improve the alumni connection with CHC and foster more opportunities to strengthen the brotherhood. I’m honored to continue growing with the Hall. Go IceCards!

I graduated from CHC in 2013. Serving my brothers as Student Body President was a true honor and the highlight of my time at the Hall. I am now an attorney in Baltimore. Over the past year, I have attended every Alumni Board meeting and assisted with the development of regional chapters of the Alumni Association. I humbly ask for your vote so I can join the Alumni Board in a formal capacity and continue the great work of the CHC Alumni Association. Go Hall!

I would like to become a member of the Board because of my irrepressible love and appreciation for Calvert Hall. My journey has been atypical compared to most Hallmen which will add another layer of depth, empathy, and insight as (WE) strive to keep Calvert Hall amongst the World's Elite.

The teen years are among the most important in an individuals development. My time at Calvert Hall seemed uneventful to me at the time and it took me many years to appreciate all that happened to me during that time. Once I had children of my own the benefit of my education and experiences at Calvert Hall came full circle. When my sons decided to attend Calvert Hall I became more aware of the benefits of a "Hall" education and I am pleased to say that they already appreciate their time there. I have continued my support of Calvert Hall and I would like to help continue to make the Hall experience available to young men in the future.
