Learn the ins and outs of video game development, an exciting and expanding industry. From beginner to guru, our coaches help you to develop the knowledge and experience you need to succeed as a game developer.
This camp will blow your mind and get your imagination spinning with current and future video game development and applications. Learn about the 3 aspects of video game development: Game design, programming, and animation.
Imagine your own video game and ideas to make it a reality! You can work alone or as part of a team to imagine your very own game and bring it to life! You will learn how a computer renders objects in a game as well as polygon counts and why they matter. As part of the Game Programming instruction, you can combine your strategy, character, and objects into a working game using basic coding and popular game engine software
Date: June 18th to 22nd (5 Days)
Time: 9am to noon
Location: George Young Hall Computer Lab, Calvert Hall Campus
Cost: $225 Per Camper, Maximum 20 Campers Each camper gets a tee shirt.
