This Privacy Policy applies only to this Website (as defined above). It does not extend to any other websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites, partner websites, or ecommerce websites that allow for Calvert Hall-related financial transactions to take place.

This information may include any of the following: Personal Data – When using our Website, you may voluntarily provide personal Data about yourself and others to Calvert Hall or to service providers acting on our behalf.     • News you would like to share with the current and alumni Calvert Hall communities

We may collect this Personal Data, for instance, when you submit an information request form, complete our online application, register for events such as school dances, or submit an application for our Summer Program.

We may also receive Personal Data about Users or about students and prospective students from third parties and combine that information with other Personal Data that we collect. For example, when you apply for financial aid through FACTS, FACTS will share your information with Calvert Hall for our financial aid purposes.

    • The pages of the Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

    • At Your Direction – We may share Personal Data at your direction or request, such as providing student information to third parties related to standardized testing, transfers to a new school, in connection with financial aid applications and administration, or applications and placement for higher education.

    • School Staff and Volunteers – Under certain circumstances, we may disclose Personal Data with our teachers, employees, and volunteers of Calvert Hall.

The third-party payment processor functionality integrates seamlessly with the Website, so while payments appear to be made on the Website, we will not store or collect your payment card details. Payment card details are provided directly to our third-party payment processor, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Our Website includes the embedded MyCompass web application. This web application, which is operated by a third party, may collect personal information from students for educational purposes when they use MyCompass. For example, students may provide personal information when they upload files or connect with teachers and classmates on discussion boards. Parents can also use MyCompass to submit forms and do other tasks that may include providing us with personal information.

In addition, the Website may contain links to other sites that are not owned or operated by Calvert Hall. The Website also may include integrated social media tools or “plug-ins,” such as social networking tools offered by third parties. If you use these tools or click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party’s site. Your interactions with these third-party companies and your use of their features are governed by the privacy policies of the third parties offering these sites and features. We strongly advise that you review the Privacy Policy for every site you visit. Children's Privacy

The Website is a general audience site. Calvert Hall does not knowingly collect information about children or provide services intended for children under the age of thirteen (13).
