Hirsch Electric (Tom Hirsch '73, President & Joe Hirsch '72, Vice President) were recognized by Associated Builders and Contractors as having won four electrical awards in their Awards of Excellence Program. This awards program has grown to be one of the more elite competitions throughout the Baltimore construction industry.

At the awards banquet on April 19, 2012, the Hirsch Team will be honored to accept Awards of Excellence for Bowie City Hall, Johns Hopkins University Levering Hall and Calvert Hall College High School field lighting.  Hirsch will also receive a Merit Award for the Beltsville-Laurel Senior Center Project.
