The JV Cardinals traveled to Archbishop Spalding for a battle between #1 and #2.  The Cardinals defeated the Cavaliers 21-0 to claim first place in the MIAA JV "A" Conference.  Once again, The Cardinals were led by their impenetrable defense.  Mike McKnelly had an interception and Chidi Ejoh recorded a sack.  Offensively, the Cardinals churned up yards on the ground.  Touchdowns were ran in by Damar Seibles and Ray Glass.  Ethan Long connected on all 3 Extra Point Attempts and was superb in the punting game.  The Cardinals rest up and enjoy a bye week then return home October 26 to play McDonogh.  The JV Cardinals will be supporting Breast Cancer Awareness against McDonogh.  Kickoff is scheduled for 4 PM.
