Calvert Hall earned a hard fought 84-83 victory on Sunday evening at St. Frances.  The Hall jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in this game and never trailed.  The Cardinals pushed the lead to as many as 9 but a dynamic St. Frances attack kept putting the pressure on the Cardinals and cutting the lead to two on four different occasions.  However, the Cardinals went 15-16 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter including 8-8 in the last two minutes of the game.  The win pushes the Cardinals record to 18-5 overall.
