Calvert Hall was defeated by Philadelphia powerhouse Roman Catholic 78-66 on Saturday night in the semifinals of the Gonzaga DC Classic in Washington DC.  Roman Catholic jumped on the Cardinals early with a 5 point lead after the first quarter and extended it to 13 at the half.  The Cahillites used a physical defense and a methodical offense to control the pace of the game which stymied the Cardinals offense.
