As Director of the LaSalle Program, Mrs. Healy conducts the admissions process for LaSalle applicants, oversees the development and implementation of Educational Plans, monitors instruction, facilitates communication with parents, faculty and administration and applies for/implement accommodations for college testing. In addition, she conducts a study skills presentation for all freshmen, is a junior study group instructor, and meets frequently with students to provide content tutoring and educational support, particularly in math. Mrs. Healy has taught at Calvert Hall for over 30 years and loves the brotherhood and the opportunity to help students realize their true potential.

Ms. Kear, a graduate of Loyola College, is a certified speech-language pathologist. She teaches reading, writing, and study skills to students with language-based learning disabilities through the LaSalle Program. She enjoys working in this unique program which allows her to really get to know her students and help each one reach his full potential. Seeing the progress her students make over the years is extremely rewarding.

Ann McKee earned her M.S. degree from Loyola University Maryland concentrating in Speech Language Pathology. She has extensive experience in language learning differences including dyslexia. She is excited to be working with students in the LaSalle program and becoming a part of this vibrant community.
