Testing Center Coordinator

CALVERT HALL IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A TESTING COORDINATOR
FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our academic team as a Testing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of standardized and internal testing (e.g.: course testing, semester exams, etc.) to ensure a smooth, secure, and positive experience for students and faculty. This individual will be instrumental in supporting student success by managing assessments with integrity and precision, coordinating logistics, and maintaining compliance with testing policies and procedures.
 
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, administration or a related field.  
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with students, teachers, and families.
  • High level of discretion and commitment to maintain testing security and confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate and support various school departments (School counseling, academic departments, learning specialists, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Word and Excel) or related productivity tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience coordinating assessments or managing academic operations in a school setting.
 
  • Work with administration, faculty, and support staff to verify and implement all required accommodations in accordance with IEPs, 504 plans, and other relevant documentation.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing protocols (e.g., College Board, ACT, MAP, AP, PSAT, etc.).
  • Experience supervising students and ensuring adherence to testing procedures, student needs, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in database management and record keeping, focusing on student attendance, performance, testing participation, and accommodations.
  • Communicate testing dates, expectations, and procedures effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with testing trends, technologies, and best practices.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position ranges from $44,500 to $70,000 annually and is commensurate with education and experience. This position is eligible for full-time benefits, including personal and sick leave benefits.
