The Parents’ Club of Calvert Hall College is a forum for parents and guardians to engage in social and fundraising activities. There are many benefits to participating in Parents’ Club activities: 

Tap Into a network - Meet other parents to share ideas, concerns and experiences. 
Speak up - We are always looking for suggestions or new ideas for activities or fundraisers. 
Witness improvement- You will be part of the solution, helping to make positive changes. The Parents’ Club plays an important role in fundraising to assist with campus improvements. 
Be a role model - By volunteering with the Parents’ Club, you will demonstrate to your son the importance you place on his education. 
 
Through the efforts and contributions of many, the Parents’ Club supports senior prom transportation, the post prom celebration and multiple hospitality events, most notably Open House. Residual funds are donated back to Calvert Hall.

Parents' Club 2016-2017 Events

Click HERE to Pay Parents' Club dues! Your dues of $50 fund operating costs and - more importantly - enable the Parents' Club to make a sizeable donation to the school each year! Every student benefits from the time and generosity of all those who lead and participate in Parents’ Club events. We also raise funds throughout the year to finance Senior Prom transportation and the Post-Prom party at Dave & Busters.
Visit the Parents’ Club table at any upcoming Parents' Club event. Look for your ADDED MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS throughout the year at every Parents' Club fundraiser.

Senior Post-Prom Party - Saturday, May 6th, 2017

Our year-round fundraising efforts are to ensure our seniors and their dates have an amazing experience at the annual Post-Prom Party at Dave & Busters in the Arundel Mills Mall. We are seeking volunteers as well as donations for raffle prizes for this evening. Click HERE more details regarding how you can help. Each event requires dedicated committee members.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:
  • Hospitality Committee Set-up, serve, and clean-up at many school activities such as the Honors Convocation, Junior Ring Ceremony. Open House, Freshman Welcome Night, and Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day.
  • Baked Goods (send in baked goods for hospitality events)
  • Magazine Drive (process orders in early October - exact days TBD)
  • "Bing-O-Nanza" Committee (plan bingo fundraiser - October)
  • "Fall in Love with Wine" Wine Tasting Committee (plan this November fundraiser)
  • Hall Night Long Committee (sell snacks in the dining hall during the school mixers; parents are not allowed in the gym itself)
  • CHC Paint Nite
  • Fashion Show Committee (plan the 51st annual event - our largest fundraiser!)
  • Post-Prom Committee (provide bus chaperones, registration assistance and prize packages for Post-Prom party after senior prom)
