Join us in-person for Sunrise Yoga led by Changa Bell '90 in Crispino Stadium. We will begin promptly at 8:00a, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Following our practice, please consider participating in a complementary fitness demonstration led by Frank Rosenthal ’03 and Amy Conly (current parent) from Peake Physical Therapy.

  • About Changa Bell '90

    Changa Bell '90  is a Georgetown University Certified Health Coach, Owner of Sunlight & Yoga Holistic Wellness Center. With national appearances on Good Morning America, and features in Black Enterprise, Men’s Health, and People Magazine.

    Bell is most notable as the Founder and Chief Yoga Officer of The Black Male Yoga Initiative, where he leads a charge for health equity among African-American men and boys ages 14 to 65. In his book, Affirmations for Dads: 21 Lessons in Minding Your Fatherhood, Bell empowers men and women around the world to improve themselves to better serve as transformational parents.

    Changa is a certified e-RYT +500 who has completed training at The Sri Sri School of Yoga and is honored as a Global Level 2 Expert Yoga instructor by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. His work has touched the lives of people on all levels.

    He has received a Volunteer Service Award from President Barack Obama, as well as recognition from the Baltimore City Council, Baltimore City Mayor’s office, Black Enterprise, BMe Communities, The Campaign for Black Male Achievement and USA's inaugural Red Bull Amaphiko Fellowship.

  • About Frank Rosenthal '03

    Frank Rosenthal '03, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is a Baltimore physical therapist at Peake Physical Therapy. Frank runs the Towson and Maryland Club clinics. He works with active adults and athletes of all ages, developing movement-based rehabilitative programs and returning to sports conditioning. He uses his expertise in movement biomechanics to optimize function in his patients. In addition, he specializes in treating individuals suffering from concussion and vestibular impairment (dizziness). He works with various professional and Paralympic athletes to maximize performance and recover from injury. Frank regularly lectures for the PT program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a clinical instructor for PT students. He was a 4-year rower for Bucknell. He now coaches the Calvert Hall rowing team.

  • About Amy Conly

    Amy Conly (current parent), PTA, is a Physical Therapist Assistant program graduate at Carroll Community College and works primarily out of the Hunt Valley office. Amy previously worked in education, at both the primary and secondary levels, as a teacher, coach, and administrator. The field of physical therapy has always fascinated her, and she is excited to work with patients of all ages. Amy’s interests include manual therapy, neurological disorders, postural training, and exercise-based therapy. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Braedan '26 and Maeve.
